Crowdfunding Roundtable to be Held in Toronto for Industry Update

Krowdfunding for KanadiansCanada has a unique financial regulatory structure where each province is pretty much on its own.  But Canada has not shied away from the enormous benefits of crowdfunding, and in fact the equity crowdfunding platform Crowdcube is poised to go live in Canada soon.

Creating an efficient capital allocation structure, fostering entrepreneurs and growing their economy is on the minds of our friends up North just as it is in every part of the developed (and developing) world.

Topics will include How to Prepare for Crowdfunding and an update on portals operating in Canada.
