Update: Airtame Wins Best Startup Award at CES (Video)

Airtame Wins CES Award 2014Crowdfunding Campaign Has Not Yet Finished As Airtame Wins Global Recognition at CES.

This is kind of cool to be able to do a quick follow up for Airtame who we reported on their being nominated for an award at CES.  Now we can state they have won the Best Startup Award as part of the Best of CES 2014 awards sponsored by Engadget.  The “Wireless HDMI for Everyone” received a quick right up on the award:

Engadget senior scribe and tech junkie stated;

The Airtame is a surprisingly intuitive and refreshing solution for wireless PC screen-mirroring. It’s easy to set up and responsive, and the software (available for Linux, Windows and OS X) even supports beaming one PC to multiple screens. It’s a Miracast dongle on steroids. — Richard Lai, Senior Editor

AirtameAirtame was up against some pretty stiff competition too.  CES International is truly a global gathering as the giant tech love-in is the magnet to see what is new and up in coming in the tech world.  So this is quite an honor. Not too bad for some guys in Copenhagen who are STILL crowdfunding on Indiegogo. Cheers!
