Mission Crowdfund: Fundable Launches KSI Data Sciences Drone Software Campaign; Amazon & Verizon Team Up

ksi droneThere are benefits to droning on and on… KSI Data Sciences has linked with Fundable for a private raise for its data transmission and management company.  Its mission to make transmitting, receiving and managing data easier and more efficient focuses on core products, MissionCaster.TV and MissionKeeper.  These SaaS solutions for drone and robotics companies stream live video from the field to devices all over the world in as little as 4 seconds, and makes the video, telemetry and other data gathered by the device instantly and easily searchable. Can readers imagine knowing the exact second a package will arrive?  Never missing an anticipated shipment or waiting the extra day for its arrival after a missed delivery?  Now consider military endeavors and missions and the impact of potential precision.

jon gaster“We have a manufacturing partner ready to start manufacturing the MissionCaster hardware device at scale as soon as we flip the switch on sales. The KSI data revolution starts with a one-two punch of revolutionary software paired with state-of-the-art hardware. But while MissionCaster hardware is an essential component of our vision in the short term, external hardware is just an early chapter in a much bigger story,” commented KSI Data Sciences on Fundable.

Over the next few years, KSI anticipates the  world’s biggest drone and robot manufacturers will be incorporating LTE chips directly into their products. At that point, KSI technology will be able integrate with drones and robots directly — no external hardware required.

ksiPresently, the MissionCaster hardware device and MissionCaster.TV cloud service are both fully designed and developed. Both products are currently in the field, being tested in pilot programs with potential KSI customers who represent a cross-section of targeted industries where KSI’s technology can be most impactful. The company is concurrently working with major drone and robotic manufacturers, commercial operators and network/infrastructure giants like Verizon and Amazon.
