Just a few days before it was supposed to close its equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube, UK-based Seven Bro7hers Brewery decided to extend its funding round for another two weeks. As previously reported, the company is looking to raise 150,000 and is currently offering 16.84% in equity to those who invest.

The brewery, which launched in 2014, shared:

Seven Bro7hers 4Our vision for SEVEN BRO7HERS is committed to becoming one of the best Craft Beer breweries in the world. After one year of trading we believed we were onto something big. When we first started thinking about starting a brewery in 2013, we focused on making the beer as good as it could possibly be. We wanted to brew great craft beers full of flavour and be distinctive in our marketplace. Since we launched in 2014 we have grown steadily and we need to update the brewery to keep up with the demand for our beer and also to fuel our ambition.”

Seven Bro7her’s currently supplies Booth’s supermarket and Carrington’s stores and is looking to make its way into Tesco. It also makes beer exclusive for Hotel Football. Funds from the campaign will be used to purchase more brewing equipment along with hire more sales team members and continue work on canning products.

Keith McAvoy, founder and responsible for all commercial aspects, recently explained:

Seven Bro7hers 2“We aim to firstly bolster our sales team in time for the rollout of our beers in 330ml cans. Secondly we will be updating the brewery to improve the quality of our product and double capacity to enable us to keep up with the increasing demand from our existing customers and for the supply of our first bar in Manchester. Third we will commence the procurement of our very own canning line.”

The campaign is set to close on August 13th.
