Infographic: CrowdIt Tackles Experience Gap Among Crowdfunding Entrepreneurs With New Feature

Don't Just Dream it CrowditToday crowdfunding platform CrowdIt announced the launch of a new platform feature aimed at closing a different gap for prospective fundraisers: the experience gap.

The new “Suits” feature is essentially an online forum built into the CrowdIt platform where project creators – “Dreamers” as CrowdIt calls them – can ask a question of the “Suits,” experienced crowdfunders or crowdfunding professionals that CrowdIt hopes to entice to their platform. They’re offering the feature up as a marketing and/or advertising opportunity for anyone that may be consulting for crowdfunding campaigns.

“The funding event is only one piece of the success equation for people pursuing their dreams through crowdfunding,” said Jason Graf, co-founder and CEO of CrowdIt. “What’s been missing isn’t the focus on financial help, but, ‘people’ assistance. Any successful small business knows that it takes a ‘village’ of experienced professionals in various capacities to turn a dream into a reality. That’s what CrowdIt’s focus is and what we’ve seen is lacking in today’s crowdfunding sites. We are excited to be the first to provide these resources as we feel it is the most important ingredient in achieving small business success.”

In tandem with this release, Graf and company have provided the following infographic explaining the need for this type of feature. Click below for a full view…
