Victoria is Australia’s second smallest state by area but it is home to Melbourne. The government has set an agenda of incentivizing startups to locate in the region. A startup fund of $60 million has been set aside. The first $6.5 million has been awarded with several Fintech firms included on the list. The next round of recepients will be revealed in September.
