Radius Bank, a virtual bank focused on providing clients with banking solutions to better financial health, announced on Tuesday the launch of its new rewards program that offers enhanced benefits, such as increased transaction limits and cash back opportunities, for loyal customers.
According to Radius Bank, the rewards program is tiered into three levels based on criteria such as personal deposit balance and the longevity of the relationship clients have had with the Bank. While sharing details about the program, Chris Shortall, Vice President / Customer Experience at Radius Bank, stated:

We provide a great digital experience that allows our clients to bank whenever and wherever they want. It is exciting to now reward our clients that love this experience and are using Radius as their primary account in a way that makes managing their finances even more convenient. This also includes how they contact us; online chat has become increasingly more popular over time and extending the hours to support that channel further demonstrates our commitment to fitting into our clients’ lives.”
Radius Bank then added that at launch, the free rewards program focuses on two areas that provide incentives for using a Radius Bank personal checking or savings account more frequently. The plan is to continue to add to these rewards features over time.
