Juniper Square Introduces AI CRM for Private Markets Investors

Juniper Square has announced the launch of its AI CRM for Investor Relations – the CRM is built for private markets funding. The AI CRM for Investor Relations uses JunieAI to automate manual tasks, “enrich investor data, and surface insights to help investor relations teams raise more capital and strengthen LP relationships.”

According to Juniper, most GPs still depend on outdated systems, CRMs built for M&A teams, or generic tools that require “costly customization, painful integrations, and ongoing maintenance.”

Today, private wealth plays a more significant role across asset classes, and IR teams want updated tools that “support how they actually work.” Juniper hopes to address this market segment.

As reported earlier this month, Juniper Square had also announced the acquisition of Tenor Digital, an AI-powered platform for private credit lenders and loan administrators.

Tenor’s solutions aim to optimize post-close loan operations, strengthening Juniper Square’s ability to serve the private credit market, which “is projected to reach $3 trillion in AUM by 2028.” Tenor’s offering will be integrated with Juniper Square’s software, data, and fund administration services platform.
