IMPORTANT: This is a limited admission event. Attendees must self-identify as either an Accredited Investor, registered investment advisor, employee of broker dealers/FINRA/SIPC, media and/or a sponsor of Gold Coast Venture Capital Association.
- An individual with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and expectation of the same income level in the current year; or
- An individual with an individual net worth (or joint net worth with the person’s spouse) that exceeds $1 million, excluding the value of his or her primary residence.
Other select individuals and entities may qualify as Accredited Investors.
