Insider Reporting and SEDI – Toronto

This seminar will review insider reporting obligations for reporting issuers and their insiders under National Instrument 55-104 Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions (NI 55-104). OSC staff will also provide a walk through on how to submit insider filings electronically on SEDI (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders) and discuss common filing errors and provide tips on how to avoid them.

Reporting insiders and individuals responsible for the preparation, review and filing of insider reports.
