SEC Capital Call – Virtual

The Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation will host our third annual Capital Call on January 19, 2022, where we will talk about what’s happening with capital raising from startup to small cap. The public will have an opportunity to ask live questions about our 2021 annual report to Congress and the Commission and share perspectives on capital raising.

Styled after public companies’ earnings release calls, the virtual meeting will cover:

• what has been happening with capital raising across the country, including a spotlight on how and where capital is being raised and the unique challenges faced by underrepresented businesses,
• our Office’s work in supporting small businesses and their investors, and
• the recommendations we shared with Congress and the Commission in our 2021 annual report.
