Tech Talk: Crowdfunding and the Increasing Democratization of Capital Markets

Please join us for an exciting panel discussion about various ways capital markets are being democratized, including crowdfunding, Regulation A+, and Regulation CF.  The panel will explain the basics of crowdfunding, the different models and the legal issues involved, and some of the challenges in raising funds both from the investor and company perspective.  The panel will also discuss the effect of the JOBS Act on the ability of companies to raise capital and the recently enacted portion, Title III.
