Expedition PR announced today that Seed&Spark, the first end-to-end solution for independent films to fund, produce, and distribute their films using the power of the crowd, has named Expedition PR as its public relations and marketing partner.
Founded in 2009 and based in Brooklyn, NY, Expedition PR is a boutique agency that provides progressive communications programs designed for established and emerging global brands. The agency works with a mix of large and small businesses in the consumer tech and B2B sectors.
Expedition PR will work closely with the Seed&Spark leadership team to execute marketing communications activities that raise visibility for the innovative Seed&Spark platform and the fundraising campaigns it is housing to promote independent film projects. The program will include media relations, social media, and thought-leadership strategies. The companies will collaborate to assist independent filmmakers with using social media to engage with their audience early on. Together, they are developing best practices for building digital communities.
