Investment Banking Platform BANQ, Forms Strategic Relationship With V3 Corporate Services.
TriPoint Global Equities, (“TriPoint”), a FINRA member and boutique full service investment bank that provides companies with capital raising and corporate and strategic advisory services, has announced a strategic relationship with the V3 family of corporate services which consists of Vstock Transfer, Vcheck Global, and Vcorp Services for its electronic platform BANQ.
TriPoint announced last month that it will soon introduce its new electronic investment bank platform called BANQ. The new site will provide accredited investors access to private equity and hedge fund managers raising capital as well as new companies with exposure to rapidly growing sectors and new technologies.
In an effort to offer added value to the users of BANQ, which will include both Issuers and accredited investors, BANQ has finalized a strategic relationship with V3 which will offer courtesy discounts to all of BANQ’s users. V3 consists of the following companies which provide the outlined services below, all of which will benefit the BANQ users.
VCHECK GLOBAL – a provider of due diligence, background checks, employment screening, document retrieval, and specialized research of both business entities and individuals.
VSTOCK TRANSFER – – a stock transfer and registrar firm, servicing private and public companies, with customized pricing to offer costs savings and outstanding services.
VCORP SERVICES – a corporate filing services in all 50 states: Incorporations, LLC formation, all amendments, UCC search, registered agent services, 501c3 projects, etc.
