Clinical studies of the potential benefits realized by exoskeleton assisted walking are in progress. Health benefits currently being evaluated are: decrease in % body fat, improved bowel/bladder function, improved sitting posture, decreased pain, and decreased spasticity. One early survey indicated that ReWalk could help save individuals substantial medical expenses due to its health effects.
