Global crowdfunding platform Indiegogo sees Burning Man, an annual event but a year round culture, as an “un-official” office holiday of sorts. The annual gathering has morphed into a community of individuals who have embraced the concepts of self-expression, responsibility, inclusion and much more. For Indiegogo’s part they have identified three of the Burning Man principles that align with their goals: Radical Self Expression, Communal Effort & Participation. Sounds like crowdfunding.
The crowdfunding giant created a page dedicated to Burning Man related crowdfunding campaigns. As part of this initiative they are doing a google hangout today (Wednesday, July 16th @ 3PM PT) to share some perspective from three Burning Man crowdfunding campaigners.
The three campaigners on the hangout are:

- Asako Miyakawa of Dr. Brainlove
- Nina Wright of Janky Barge
