Clothing Worn On and Off the Pitch
Nearly one hundred iconic figures of rugby, including ambassadors and representatives of the brand Damien Chouly and Jerome Porical, already support the Rugby Division retail clothing and textile accessories brand. Seeking growth, Rugby Division plans to develop a new range of clothing with its more elegant “French Touch” and export to the UK market a significant opportunity before the World Cup Rugby 2015). The clothing company seeks to raise € 150,000 during its equity crowdfunding WiSeed campaign. Minimum investment is set at € 500.
With a brick and mortar flagship in Perpignan, 150 dealers in France, as well as a significant online presence on sites 
including amazon.fr, www.rugby-corner.com and www.rugbyfor life. Societe Generale, National Rugby League, Fun Radio, the love of rugby, RMC, RTL2, France Blue, MTV, Game One, Orangina have already partnered with Rugby Division. Funding will be used to broaden Rugby Division’s UK market as well as strengthen its Sales Team, Sourcing, Production, Marketing and Communication.
Why invest in Rugby Division? According to the campaign, “The company, although young, already has a turnover of over one million euros for the year 2013 and is the UK market by 2015. The company already has a rate margin of 42%, about equal to the average of the textile and clothing sector, which amounts to 43.5%. Operational management therefore seems quite reliable, and achieve the balance point for 2015 appears to be conceivable in view of the growth in sales volume and the current cost management. In addition, the brand has good visibility with famous and varied ambassadors such as Michel Combes (Alcatel-Lucent CEO), Julien Candelon or Terry Bourahoua and prestigious partners like Gilbert.”
