Project Sierra Launches Kickstarter Campaign: Devise Allows Anonymous Internet Browsing

Simplified Network Solutions has launched a 30-day crowdfunding campaign to raise $150,000 on Kickstarter to seek funding for its network encryption device, Project Sierra. This device will protect a consumer’s personal information online and allow them to browse the internet anonymously by concealing the local IP address and only allowing the Project Sierra server IP to be shown.

While constantly being “connected” offers many benefits, there are also risks. Project Sierra will minimize these risks by making the same security that has been available to technology-savvy internet users for years easily and readily available to the everyday consumer with no prior experience with encryption.

Project Sierra is unique compared to other encryption services on the market today because it is a separate device that simply plugs into a modem- no additional downloads are needed. Once connected to the Project Sierra network, the data from any device connected to the local network will be protected from traffic analysis.
