Helmed by CEO Walter Krummenacher, the Swiss startup Polarmond has linked with the Berlin-based crowdfunding platform Innovestment to finance the launch of its new Outdoor Systems. Launching today, the startup seeks to raise up to €900,000 with a €250 single investment minimum.
About the product: the patented Polarmond® concept combines the functions of tent, sleeping bag and mattress in one product. The self-warming, temperature-controllable, modular all-in-one sleep system with dehumidification management helps mountaineers, expedition members, trekkers and outdoor sleeping enthusiasts to obtain optimum sleeping comfort within the temperature range of -30 ° C to + 25 ° C. Polarmond recently won in 2015 the OutDoor Industry Gold Award.
