Today the Chairman of GLI Alternative Finance, a fund owned in part by GLI Finance, Norman Crighton stepped down with immediate effect, according to StockMarketWire. Richard Hills, a non-executive director, will replace Crighton as chairman.
GLI Alternative Finance also appointed Ken Hillen, a former head of commercial and corporate banking in Scotland at Bank of Ireland, as a its non-executive director.
Hillen has held a number of senior banking roles throughout his career including senior corporate director at RBS, managing director for Scotland and Northern Ireland at Anglo Irish Bank and, until 2009, head of commercial and corporate banking for Scotland at Bank of Ireland. The appointment is described as strengthening the credit analysis capabilities of the board.
