FundedByMe Malaysia, one of the six equity crowdfunding operators approved in Malaysia, announced its second equity crowdfunding campaign was launched for iTalent Management.
The iTalent Management- Enterprise Digital HR Automation campaign made its debut on the equity crowdfunding platform on October 7th. iTalent is described as an enterprise digital HR company that sells people management solutions to enterprises. Victor Phang, founder and CEO of iTalent Management, stated the company has big dreams and would aspire to become the top 3 Enterprise Digital HR solution provider and acquire 1 million subscribers for iTalent Digital HR suite in Asia Pacific Region by 2020.
FundedByMe received regulatory approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia in June 2015 to operate its equity crowdfunding platform in the southeast Asia country. The Securities Commission Malaysia opened up the process to applying platforms in April 2015, with the process closing in May 2015 and approved platforms announced in June 2015. At the time, CEO and co-founder of FundedByMe, Daniel Daboczy, stated:

A month before FundedByMe Malaysia was launched, FundedByMe announced an arrangement with three different Asian platforms. CoAssets, a real estate platform and New Union, a debt based platform, have formed the basis of a regional FinTech Alliance.
