jason-butcher“Together we can create it all. Crowdfunding helps to bring us together,” stated Jason Butcher.

The National Crowdfunding Association of Canada (NCFA Canada) tapped Parallel Payments founder Jason Butcher to join its Association’s Crowdfunding Ambassadors Program. Crowdfunding Ambassadors, leaders, educators, supporters and advocates of an inclusive and broad-based crowdfunding industry in communities across Canada, provide resources for small businesses, organizations and investors to connect with, share and learn about crowdfunding via locally hosted events and initiatives as well as international networks that shape the future of crowdfunding in Canada.

Craig Asano NCFA Canada“Jason is an amazing connector and has a natural inclination to help entrepreneurs realize their vision. He applies his business acumen and ‘get things done’ no fuss, no muss attitude to tasks at hand,” described NCFA Canada Executive Director Craig Asano. “It’s a pleasure to welcome Jason to the NCFA Ambassador program who will help increase awareness of the opportunities that await both companies and investors in crowdsourcing/financing markets.”

Specializing in entrepreneurship, business development and creating connections, Butcher aims to bring individuals, markets and opportunities together on a global level. The Parallel Payments founder started Kickstart Business Catalyst to provide a facility to help entrepreneurs materialize their visions and is also an advisory board member for the Bitcoin & Blockchain Alliance of Canada.

This February the NFCA hosts its third 2017 Canadian Crowdfinance Summit (#CCS2017), Canada’s largest national event covering fintech, crowdfunding, internet finance, venture funding and alternative finance markets.
