investFeed, a social network for financial markets, is preparing to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO). Founder and CEO Ronald Chernesky has scheduled a meetup for accredited investors in New York City to take place on June 20th.
The pre-sale and ICO preview is described as follows:

Recently, investFeed has pivoted a bit as it has updated its vision as “building the world’s firs nex-gen cryptocurrency social network.” investFeed appears to be capitalizing on the red-hot ICO market where incredible sums of money have been raised.
This is not the first time investFeed has sought outside investment. Most recently, investFeed listed an offer on UK based crowdfunding platform Seedrs. The offer has since been removed from the pages of Seedrs and it is not clear if the round closed. In 2016, investFeed filed a Form-C to raise capital on StartEngine under Reg CF. It is not clear if the offer was ever listed on StartEngine.
