UK investment manager, Downing LLP, has appointed Michael Tefula, previously at Oxford Seed Fund and Deloitte, to its specialist Ventures investment team. Downing Ventures invests venture capital into early-stage technology businesses in the UK, prior to supporting these companies through phases of subsequent growth. They also operate an investment crowdfunding platform Downing Crowd.
Tefula recently completed his MBA at Oxford University and joined Downing Ventures in late August as an Associate. His role at Downing will focus on sourcing new deals within the growing Ventures portfolio.
