Lendix has originated approximately €10 million in loans during its first year of operation in Spain. This is according to multiple reports in Spanish press that stated Lendix Spain is on track to lend €30 million during 2018.
In total 25 businesses financed projects on the online lending platform with an average loan of €400,000 with a term of four year.
CEO of Lendix Spain, Grégoire de Lestapis, stated the;
“community of European investors has reacted very well to Spanish projects.”
Notable projects included a Hard Rock Cafe franchise in Valencia.
Lendix is currently operating in France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. In aggregate, as of January 31st, Lendix has originated over €157 million for 383 projects.
