Fintech collectAI Boosts Executive Team

Max Bense has joined collectAI – a digital receivables management company and part of the Otto Group. collectAI recently announced a partnership with Hanseatic Bank, a subsidiary of Société Générale, and has officially launched in the UK this spring.

collectAI provides AI-based receivables services, covering the end-to-end process from e-invoice to debt collection. The company helps its clients balance between collection rates, costs and customer retention. Combining high automation and deep learning algorithms, collectAI digitizes the whole process.

Bense has joined as the newly created position of Head of Strategic Sales. In this role, Bense reports directly to Steve Emecz, Chief Commercial Officer as he helps to orchestrate the expansion of business in the DACH region in the focus sectors of e-commerce, banking, insurance, utilities and start-ups.

Bense is described as an e-commerce expert and Digital Native bringing in an understanding of the digital disruption potential of established industries. He was previously Director of Business Development and Sales at BLG Logistics AG & Co. KG in Bremen.
