Sopra Steria has finalized its acquisition of cxpartners, a customer experience design consultancy firm, in order to expand its lines of products and services in the United Kingdom while placing a high priority on providing the best digital solutions to its customers.
The digital transformation-focused company noted that the acquisition was part of its business strategy, which involves improving services to meet the demands of an industry that has increasingly become more customer-centric. Both firms are expected to benefit from expanding their product line, with Sopra Steria seeing its UK offerings growing steadily, meanwhile, cxpartners should also have enhanced capabilities.
Pierre-Yves Commanay, executive director at UK Consulting and Continental Europe at Sopra Steria, noted that the consultancy was a natural fit for his company.
The business has an established history and solid reputation which will complement Sopra Steria, which plans to provide end-to-end digital services that are focused on meeting the specific requirements of its clients.

cxpartners has business offices in Bristol and London. There are more than 50 designers on its payroll. The firm has worked on various projects for both public and private sector organizations, such as the UK government agencies, FTSE 100 companies and entities across major industries including as AXA, Google and Public Health England.
