Accenture (NYSE) announced on Thursday it has acquired Yesler, a B2B marketing service agency. This latest acquisition comes less than a month after Accenture acquired ESR Labs, a Munich-based company that develops embedded software for German car brands and suppliers, and Mudano, which is a strategic data consultancy to UK financial services firms.
According to Accenture, the Yesler acquisition continues to strengthen and scale Accenture’s B2B marketing services, adding depth in offerings such as account-based marketing, customer advocacy, sales enablement, and marketing automation.
Manish Sharma, Group Chief Executive for Accenture Operations, stated Yesler’s expertise in B2B has given it a “unique understanding of how businesses make purchase decisions.” Brian Whipple, Group Chief Executive for Accenture Interactive, then added:
“The addition of Yesler allows us to enhance the complete set of B2B services we provide our clients – from strategy and creative to implementation and ongoing management.”
Accenture describes itself as a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all of these services.
Terms of the Yesler transaction were not disclosed.
