Alchemy Technologies, a Fintech software company, has integrated with Citadel, an employment and income verification SaaS platform. According to a note from Alchemy, this partnership enables its clients to efficiently verify their customer’s income and employment with an easy and intuitive workflow.
Alchemy states that there are only a few solutions for banks, financial services companies to automatically verify income. Many are legacy solutions that are costly, and difficult to integrate. Additionally, legacy solutions are said not to be real-time so lenders don’t have an accurate picture of their client’s current employment and income status.
“It was a pleasure to work with integration engineers at Citadel, their API documents are well defined and it was a breeze to complete the integration. their staff was supporting us in real time through our common Slack communication channel. It was a great experience,” said Timothy Li, CEO of Alchemy
The combined solution is said to provide an instant output of consumer’s employment information, income details as well as banking details which all could be used to speed up the credit application process.
