Bankable, the global developer of Banking as a Service (BaaS) solutions, Aion Bank, a full service, European licensed digital bank and credit institution regulated in Belgium, and Vodeno, a Cloud-based “360” platform for digital financial services, have unveiled as 10-year strategic, multi-layered partnership for European markets and the United Kingdom.
Aion and Vodeno, which are both supported by private equity company, Warburg Pincus LLC, and Bankable will develop a BaaS offering in Europe.
The alliance will aim to work with EU and non-EU banking institutions that are interested in establishing a strong product offering. They’ll work with international brands focused on creating embedded finance services and will support Fintech startups from Europe, the US, LatAm and APAC as well.
Through their extensive partnership, the companies will aim to offer a one-stop-shop for global clients interested in addressing several different markets across Europe with accounts, cards, and local IBANs. These services will be provided so that businesses can streamline their operations.
Through their alliance, Bankable will reportedly be adding Aion Bank to its list of bank sponsors. Bankable will also establish a pan-European, pre-approved account and card programs under Aion Bank payment and settlement rails in order to speed up time-to-market for premium banks, major brands, and Fintech firms.
Additionally, Bankable will be utilizing Vodeno’s Cloud-powered tech to complement its own technology stack with a Credit-as-a-Service offering.
The Vodeno Cloud Platform (VCP) is notably one of the most extensive banking platforms in the market providing various banking products; deposits, investments and lending along with cards, payments and KYC through its ecosystem of more than 80 pre-integrated Fintech partners.
Eric Mouilleron, CEO and Founder at Bankable, stated:
