For the first time, an international private banking platform has followed the example of St. Galler Kantonalbank and selected the Digital Hub from CREALOGIX in order to support its digitalization strategy.
The rise of innovative Fintech businesses and new types of client support and outreach provide key opportunities to consumers and organizations. But this presents a challenge to incumbents who need to update their technology to remain relevant in a highly-competitive financial services sector.
Traditional service providers also need to consider adopting cost-effective processes as they focus on scaling their operations with the latest Fintech solutions. The hybrid platform from CREALOGIX has been designed to incorporate various modules related to customer support and outreach, which will be supporting the bank’s digital transformation strategy.
The new platform will aim to form the foundation for adding various applications and capabilities.
Recently, CREALOGIX began working with Julius Baer as an international client for its hybrid platform, which enables it to provide comprehensive services digitally and maintain personal relationships online.
The primary module of the hybrid platform provides general virtual banking functionality including document management, push notifications, securities and payment transactions. The harmonization of middle- and front-end tech also enhances the overall customer experience (CX) when using the different applications. The bank is thus able to position itself as a key digital service provider in a fast-growing Fintech market.
Oliver Weber, CEO of CREALOGIX, stated:
“We are delighted to be able to offer Julius Baer, Switzerland’s biggest private bank, a solution that enables it to create a bridge between its existing infrastructure and the new applications. This collaboration with our first private bank also confirms the market demand for a flexible, modular and future-proof platform – our Digital Hub.”
Switzerland-based banking solution provider CREALOGIX hired Jordi Perez to serve as its Regional Managing Director. As covered in April 2021, Perez is expected to take on the responsibility for CREALOGIX’s business operations in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. He will be overseeing operations in other Central European countries as well, effectively immediately.
As noted by its management:
“We’re CREALOGIX, a global Fintech organization with over 700 employees globally. Our technology enables some of the world’s largest banks and wealth management firms to drive innovation – but it’s our people who make the difference. Our success is built on their expertise, team spirit and passion. Our goal is to deliver great technology to make our customers’ lives easier and more profitable. We want to shape the future world of fintech! CREALOGIX Holding AG (CLXN)’s shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange.”
In his new role, Perez stated that he’s fully committed to CREALOGIX’s growth efforts and the transformation of the firm into a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider.
The German-speaking market including the Central European nations is notably one of the main regions of focus for the CREALOGIX Group.
