Finastra Introduces Total Lending Home to Provide Access to its Lending Services via Single Entry Point

Finastra has introduced Total Lending Home, a Cloud-powered platform for deploying and managing the Total Lending suite of solutions.

Lending products offered via the Total Lending Home portal reportedly include Fusion LaserPro, Fusion DepositPro, Fusion Compliance Reporter and ProSign Online, with more lending solutions to launch in the future.

Mitch Lucas, VP  of Product Management, Development & Legal at Finastra, stated:

“Lending departments struggle to maintain their focus on lending while simultaneously dealing with challenges relating to infrastructure, applications, processes and data. Moving to the cloud can help alleviate these burdens, but brings its own challenges related to the transition. Finastra is committed to making the transition to the cloud as easy as possible, while also providing a state-of-the-art user interface to help facilitate the journey.”

Some of the main benefits of the portal include a single sign-on, which is being powered by Microsoft’s secure Azure Active Directory, for all of Finastra’s Total Lending solutions; the option to review data from different products for in-depth insights and improved loan processor efficiency; and value-adding services, like a repository for regulatory updates.

The portal offers a clean and intuitive user interface to customers using Finastra solutions. Most importantly, as Finastra migrates its lending services to the Cloud, Total Lending Home will start acting as the bridge to ease customers’ Cloud journeys, by serving as a single access point for the Total Lending product solution.

A recent report from IBM reveals that 91% of financial institutions have been using Cloud services or intend to within the next 6-9 months. Finastra currently has its US Core banking solution, Fusion Phoenix, and its mortgage platform, Fusion Mortgagebot, on the Cloud.

Finastra’s other lending solutions are starting off the journey to the Cloud with Total Lending Home. The platform aims to act as a bridge to transform its on-premise apps to Cloud tech, hosted on Finastra’s private Azure cloud.

Total Lending Home is currently available at no charge for users of Finastra’s Total Lending solutions.
