CoinList Launches CoinList Digital Asset Services, Hires Former Twitter CISO

CoinList has announced the launch of CoinList Digital Asset Services. CoinList described the business line as a “new chapter ” for the digital asset firm.

CoinList is a digital asset issuance ecosystem as well as a trading platform. The company has powered many big crypto offerings.  CoinList Pro and CoinList OTC Desk target institutional money. CoinList adheres to regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions enabling issuers access to global investors.

The new services include custody along with digital wallets. The business line will be led by former Twitter CISO Michael Coates. He will be joined by Amir Kavousian, former Science Lead at Capital One.

Coates stated in a blog post:

“CoinList is uniquely established as the premier place for early adoption of digital assets. Given the importance of digital asset security and custody, integrating the Altitude Networks data security technology and capabilities of the team is a natural fit. Together we’re excited to unlock new services and offerings at CoinList while leveraging our industry leading security capabilities.”

Altitude Networks, a cloud security provider, is being acquired or merging with CoinList, details were not provided. Both Coates and Kavoiusian are founders at Altitude Networks. The Altitude team is said to “form the nucleus of CDAS” as CoinList manages “ferocious demand for token offerings.”

Graham Jenkin, CoinList CEO, said they already work with best in class custodians. Now, they can expand their offerings while dramatically improving their “ability to support the newest networks.”
