NowRX, the largest securities crowdfunding campaign ever on SeedInvest will close within a few days.
As has been previously reported, NowRX is an emerging Medtech firm that may be described as the Uber for prescriptions as it provides same-day delivery for pharmaceuticals prescribed by doctors. The partially automated process establishes distribution locations in metropolitan areas to fill prescriptions quickly without driving to a pharmacy and waiting in a queue. As well, NowRX is pursuing telehealth services as it aims to be a big part of the future of health care.
In an email, NowRX CEO and founder Cary Breese provided an update on the securities offering reporting:
- NowRX has been able to grow revenue from just under $700K to an annual run rate of over $32 million
- Announced five new facilities this year to date, and will be able to service six states with a total of 13 active pharmacy locations
- A new partnership with Hyundai Motor Group
Currently, the Reg A+ securities offering has raised almost $25 million from over 8300 investors. The Series C crowdfunding round is raising preferred equity capital at a pre-money valuation of $275 million. The offering is scheduled to close this Friday, May 20, 2022.
