Sage Equity Partners Launches “Crowdfunding Platform for Modern Investors” – SageStreet

Aided by Praxent, Sage Equity Partners is launching a “crowdfunding platform for modern investors” according to a company release.

Praxent is a “a Fintech UX and engineering” firm that is working with Sage on the platform labeled “SageStreet.”

Houston based Sage Equity Partners  is described as a private equity investment firm that specializes in income producing, asset-backed investments.

According to the company, Sage previously relied on face-to-face engagement to raise capital from high-net-worth, accredited investors. Sage wanted to introduce a new brand that would allow them to reach modern investors and scale. SageStreet has integrated with WealthBlock, to expand their customer base.

Harris Junell, founder and managing partner of Sage Equity Partners, said they are “confident that this new platform will help us raise capital and attract new users while keeping our existing investor base engaged and happy.”

SageStreet promotes vetted, alternative assets that can also hedge against public markets. SageStreet aims to offer “best-in-class private equity and real estate investment opportunities.”

SageStreet currently caters only to Accredited Investors – individuals who earn over $200,000 or have a net worth of over $1 million (not counting their primary residence).

Currently, SageStreet is listing only real estate investment opportunities.
