UK Fintech Nucleus365 Introduces European Instant Payments

Nucleus365, a UK-headquartered payment institution providing a centralized platform for international payment processing, FX, and connected banking, has introduced Rapid Transfer payment options for its European merchants.

Rapid Transfer enables clients to pay merchants instantly using their online banking details, offering same-day settlements of funds.

Available to merchants internationally enabling them to access the European market efficiently, the solution provides an alternative to card payments. Allowing merchants that use Rapid Transfer to take advantage of increased conversions and eliminate the processing fees typically associated with card payments.

Nucleus365’s Rapid Transfer facility is supported by 95% of the banking institutions within the supported European nations.

Established in 2021, Nucleus365 provides a unified platform for payment processing, back-office treasury functions and reconciliation purposes covering banking and acquiring.

Covering banking and acquiring, Nucleus365 is reportedly integrated with an extensive range of banking providers and payment processors across the globe.

As noted by its management, the firm has “identified a gap in the market where banking and payment processing are rarely aligned within the technology stack.” They obtained their FCA licence “with the specific intention of reducing friction and the need for a merchant to contract and seek out multiple providers for their various different requirements.”

A simple integration to Nucleus365 will “allow merchants to see their multi currency banking activity, instruct payments to suppliers and partners whilst receiving granular reconciliation reporting and data on the payment processing side.”
