SoFi – No Holdings at Silicon Valley Bank

SoFi (NASDAQ:SOFI) has posted an 8-K stating it does not hold any cash at Silicon Valley Bank (NASDAQ:SIVB). The Fintech said it does have a small $40 million lending facility with the bank.

The statement is as follows:

“SoFi Technologies, Inc. informs its investors that it does not hold assets with Silicon Valley Bank. The Company has an approximately 40 million dollar lending facility that is provided through Silicon Valley Bank, which is unaffected by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s receivership of Silicon Valley Bank.”

SoFi’s shares are little changed in after-hours trading.
