Credas Technologies, which claims to be one of the leading identity verification providers, has announced the renewal of its long-standing partnership with iamproperty, further cementing a relationship “with a multi-year agreement that will see iamproperty’s Partner Agents benefit from Credas’ latest features.”
Having worked together since 2019, both companies are “dedicated to reducing the heavy lifting required by agents during the homebuying process, deploying innovative technology to save agents time, while providing security and peace of mind.”
iamproperty reportedly “has over 5,300 estate agents within its Partner Agent Network, benefiting from its iamsold auction service and movebutler platform.”
These agents will now also “benefit from the integration of the latest product offering from Credas, supporting them to drive significant growth and operational efficiencies.”
The latest platform from Credas “offers agents the ability to easily integrate e-signatures, data capture, open banking and digital wallets into their customer onboarding; features designed to help reduce inefficiencies during the homebuying process.”
This renewal announcement is “shared as the auction market continues to gain momentum, growing by 56% in the first quarter of 2023 compared to 2022, according to iamproperty’s new Online Auction Index, as more vendors are seeking an alternative method of sale with the benefit of speed and security.”
iamproperty’s Partner Agents “can utilize the Credas platform to support their sales in this active market by speeding up their compliance checks and reducing manual mitigation.”
Tim Barnett, CEO of Credas Technologies, said:
“Both Credas and iamproperty operate with the same goal at heart, reducing the time and resource required by agents to operate effectively and compliantl. It’s a perfect partnership in many respects and we look forward to many more years of driving the property sector forward through the development and integration of innovative technology that actually serves a need.”
Ben Ridgway, Co-Founder of iamproperty, added:
“I’m really pleased to continue this successful partnership. Credas powers our movebutler compliance module as well as AML compliance across our iamsold auction sales, giving our Partner Agents access to market-leading technology and peace of mind that their compliance is covered. Our solutions are designed to make our Partner Agents’ lives easier and give them more time to focus on what they do best by driving efficiencies. We can only do this if we continue to innovate and always look for a better way, which is why this partnership works so well as Credas shares this same goal.”
As noted in the update, Credas claims it “provides a simple, quick, and secure set of digital tools to gather the data required to verify someone’s identity using biometric facial recognition and run due diligence checks in real-time.”
With a focus on the end-user experience, Credas’ mobile app is reportedly “considered sector leading, featuring in the Top 20 Business Apps on both the Google Play and Apple Stores.”
Credas technology says it “powers many of the providers of digital AML/KYC/IDV services in the UK.”
