Global professional services firm Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced its acquisition of Nautilus Consulting, a top-tier digital healthcare consultancy in the U.K. that offers specialized Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solutions.

In a statement, Accenture said the strategic move will amplify its capabilities in digital transformation, implementation, and optimization across the healthcare sector, both in the U.K. and globally.

Integrating into Accenture’s Health Strategy & Consulting team in the U.K., Nautilus brings a wealth of expertise in both strategic and operational consulting services. Based in London, Nautilus boasts a seasoned team with diverse backgrounds from the NHS, private sector, and other technical, managerial, and commercial areas.

Their unique skill set plays a pivotal role in bridging the divide between clinical professionals and IT solution vendors. This synergistic approach enhances patient experiences, optimizes health outcomes, and drives cost-efficiency.
