Dalmore Group, a regulated broker-dealer active in online capital formation, has announced a new service labeled Dalmore Connect. The goal is to simplify the process of launching an online securities offering even simpler.
Under the various securities crowdfunding exemptions, companies may raise money online in a private securities offering. Reg CF (Regulation Crowdfunding) may be used to raise up to $5 million, and Reg A+ (Regulation A) may be used to raise up to $75 million. Reg D can be used to raise an unlimited amount of funds but may only accept money from Accredited Investors. Dalmore provides services for all three exemptions.
Dalmore Connect is designed for companies raising money to launch their own “capital raise app, web app or marketplace.”

Dalmore is one of several platforms that has sought to enable issuers to use their own domains to introduce a securities offering to their community. The company seeks to make online capital formation as simple as e-commerce.
Dalmore Group recently reported having enabled more than $250 million raised online during the past five months.
