Philippine-based web3 gaming player Yield Guild Games (YGG) announced its collaboration with Iskra, a blockchain gaming hub and launchpad, to introduce innovative questing systems to its platform.
Iskra, backed by industry giants such as LINE, Kakao, Wemade, and Netmarble, boasts over four million registered wallets and 100,000 monthly active users.
The partnership aims to enrich the web3 gaming ecosystem by integrating engaging quests into Iskra’s growing portfolio of blockchain games. This initiative is expected to enhance user experiences and foster community building within the platform, according to the announcement.
Gabby Dizon, co-founder of YGG, emphasized the strategic significance of the Southeast Asian market for web3 adoption.

As part of this collaboration, YGG and Iskra have signed a memorandum of understanding, outlining a joint commitment to enhance the gaming experience on Iskra’s platform. The partnership includes conducting joint marketing efforts, such as Discord events and AMAs, and integrating YGG’s questing systems to boost user engagement.
YGG’s questing systems have been a notable success in the web3 gaming sector, with the guild having created quests for popular games like Pixels, Big Time, and My Pet Hooligan since July 2022. The guild has completed four seasons of the Guild Advancement Program, recognizing the contributions of its members across various games.
Furthermore, YGG has conducted a YGG/ISK token swap to facilitate asset purchases, service payments, and governance participation in the Iskra ecosystem. As a Pioneer NFT holder, YGG will also be part of the Iskra Community Tier System, which rewards community members for their contributions.
This partnership will enable quest participants to earn achievements as Soulbound NFTs, building their reputation within YGG and acquiring in-game assets from titles such as Clashmon: Ignition, Norma in Metal, Three Kingdoms Multiverse, and WOW Casino. The collaboration between YGG and Iskra is set to bring a new level of engagement and rewards to the web3 gaming community.
