Global fintech platform iCapital, which is renowned for driving the world’s alternative investment marketplace, has announced a strategic partnership with global credit specialist Bain Capital Credit, L.P.
This collaboration is set to provide financial advisors and high-net-worth investors with enhanced access to a suite of Bain Capital Credit’s private credit strategies through iCapital’s advanced technology platform.
The partnership aims to harness iCapital’s technological capabilities to offer Bain Capital Credit’s well-established private credit strategies, which have been in place since 1998.
These strategies will be accessible through a customized, Bain Capital-branded platform on the iCapital Marketplace, facilitating increased operational efficiency for advisors by streamlining access to select products, according to the announcement.
Lawrence Calcano, Chairman and CEO of iCapital, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting the increasing interest from advisors and their clients in incorporating private credit strategies into their portfolios.
