Europe: SeedBlink Announces Equity Management, Investment Platform to Boost Ownership in Europe

SeedBlink, a European securities crowdfunding provider approved under ECSPR, has announced an updated platform—an all-in-one equity management and investment platform. SeedBlink aims to boost equity ownership in Europe, which lags behind compared to US investors.

SeedBlink says the updated platform will allow issuers and investors to access capital, purchase securities and manage offerings as well as trade equity.

SeedBlink is an online capital platform that merges professional investors with retail participants.

Angel Hadjiev, SEE Director at SeedBlink, says as Europe grows into a major hub for the tech innovation market, they still see challenges pertaining to different regulatory frameworks.

“SeedBlink’s platform is pivotal, driving technology forward and simplifying complexities, making us a key catalyst for growth across Europe, including Bulgaria.”

The all-in-one equity management and investment platform incorporates the following features, according to SeedBlink:

  • SeedBlink Equity: A comprehensive module including cap table management, locally relevant employee stock option plans (recently launched as ESOP Design in Bulgaria – the first all-in-one solution for employee equity compensation for startups tailored to the specific local legal and tax environment, in collaboration with Bulgarian Gugushev & Partners Law Office), simulations, stakeholder governance, and portfolio management among other services, that collectively help companies manage equity efficiently and transparently, and make educated, strategic equity decisions.
  • SeedBlink Ventures: Accelerates the fundraising journey for top-tier tech startups through professional guidance, tools, investment vehicles, and introductions to the right VCs and investors network, including the Bulgarian Eleven Ventures, LAUNCHub Ventures, Silverline Capital, Morningside Hill, Vitosha Venture Partners and Sofia Angels Ventures.
  • SeedBlink Syndicates: Enables angel investors and founders to pool and deploy capital within their own networks, fostering collaborative investment opportunities.
  • SeedBlink Secondaries: Facilitates equity trading, offers early liquidity for vested shares, and supports portfolio diversification strategies.

SeedBlink says the launch of the new platform is a significant step for the company as it is a year since the creation of its equity management solution, Nimity, now SeedBlink Equity.

Carmen Sebe, CEO of SeedBlink, says they are an ecosystem of solutions that supports technology startups and scaleups in their quest for growth, integrating financing services, retention of key employees, effective communication with investors, and early liquidity options.

“Our focus remains on simplifying complex equity management processes and providing strategic investment opportunities.”

Since its launch, SeedBlink claims over € 1 billion in asset ownership and € 374 million in startup investment for over 350 companies from 15 countries.
