Faes & Co says its Income Fund is continuing to pay a 10% fixed return to investors.
The Income Fund aims to generate stable returns by investing in short-term mortgages.
Investors must commit $250,000 to earn the 10% rate. For investors less than that amount, you will earn an 8.5% return.
Income is paid quarterly, and the open-end fund offers 90-day liquidity – after a one-year investment.
Founded by UK based Lendinvest Christian Faes, the fund is targeting bridge loans in the US.
Last July, Faes & Co. announced a partnership with Triple Point in the UK to provide institutional funding. Triple Point Managing Partner James Cranmer said at that time:
James Cranmer, Managing Partner of Triple Point, commented:
“With 20 years of experience operating in private credit, we understand the importance of entering this market at the right time and with the right partner. Partnering with someone of Christian’s reputation, combined with an impressive and growing platform, ensures we are well-positioned for success. We believe the plan for Faes & Co aligns with our ambitions and values, and we look forward to a successful partnership.”
In a recent email, Faes & co said that they are experiencing solid inflows while describing the lending portfolio’s performance as exceptional.
