The integration of iCapital’s tech platform, operating system, and data solutions helps advisors and clients navigate the intricacies of alternative investments.
Financial professionals and asset managers who use iCapital’s platform have reportedly doubled the number of assets on the platform (from $100B in Dec 2021 to more than $200B in Sept 2024).
Over 104,000 financial professionals have reportedly transacted via the iCapital platform in the last 12 months, with an average of four visits per month.
The platform offers access to more than 1630 funds from 600+ asset managers, which is reportedly a more than 77% increase in the number of funds available on its platform since December 2021.
The platform has evolved to support alternatives, structured investments, and annuities.
By the end of 2024, iCapital will have invested $600 million+ in its tech platform, operating system, and investment solutions and tools.
iCapital supports advisors and clients across the globe. It will continue to provide on-the-ground support for wealth managers across regions.
In addition to offices in Zurich, London, Lisbon, Singapore, Hong Kong and Toronto, iCapital opened an office in Tokyo this year.
iCapital says that it will open offices in Australia and the Middle East in the next six months.
Currently, $28 billion+ of assets on iCapital’s platform stem from international investors outside the US.
