Taurus, ISP Group Partner on Digital Asset Infrastructure

ISP Securities is partnering with Taurus in a move to build a “future proof” ecosystem for digital assets.

ISP Group is a private Swiss firm that is a boutique investment bank that serves both institutions and individual investors. ISP is headquartered in Zurich, with offices in Geneva, Israel, Hong Kong.

Taurus is also based in Switzerland that aims to provide enterprise-grade digital asset infrastructure to issue, custody, and trade any digital assets.

The collaboration between the two firms includes Taurus-PROTECT, a digital asset custody solution, and Taurus-EXPLORER, a blockchain node infrastructure that offers a unified API and connectivity with over 25 blockchain networks. ISP already uses Taurus’ services.

ISP launched its digital asset service in September and says it has already started onboarding institutional clients. The partnership seeks to easily integrate core banking features along with digital asset functionality.

Roy Tal, the Chairman of ISP Group, said they have been following Taurus since 2021 and are impressed by the company’s success and are looking forward to partnering with the firm.

Taurus said the integration “lays the foundation for a future-proof and compliant business to capture new revenue opportunities related to digital assets market growth.”
