Fenergo, a provider of AI-enhanced solutions for know your customer (KYC), transaction monitoring and client lifecycle management (CLM), announced Geneva-based investment group Pictet has reportedly deployed Fenergo’s CLM solution in order to enhance its asset servicing capabilities.
FundPartner Solutions (Europe) SA, the Pictet Group’s European fund management company, is reportedly leveraging Fenergo’s platform to improve onboarding efficiency for its European clients and their end investors.
As explained in the update, the move will see Pictet automate some of the manual processes associated with investor “onboarding and lifecycle management.”
The firm is leveraging Fenergo’s solution as a policy engine and a data repository, incorporating AML and KYC verification controls aligned with Pictet’s “internal risk-based approach.”
FundPartner Solutions (Europe) SA, offers a range of services to asset managers and investment funds, including “fund administration, risk and compliance support, and investment operations assistance.”
Dorian Jacob, CEO of FundPartner Solutions Europe, said that the migration of our Transfer Agent “onboarding and client maintenance services to Fenergo represents a significant milestone in the technological evolution of our funds operations platform.” Jacob also noted that this migration will not only digitalise several processes “but also enhance efficiency, improve risk management, and address growing regulatory challenges.” They added that this implementation is a first step in their “long-term commitment to offer our clients the highest level of services and digital experience available.”
