AML Solutions Provider Fineksus Acquired By cleversoft

The cleversoft group has reportedly completed its acquisition of Fineksus, which is the provider of financial messaging and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions in Turkey and the Middle East, after having received all the necessary regulatory approvals.

The combination of both firms brings together cleversoft’s regulatory technology portfolio with Fineksus’ expertise in “real-time transaction monitoring and fraud prevention.”

Clients will reportedly gain access to Fineksus´ financial messaging, real-time transaction monitoring and fraud prevention services.

The companies will integrate these capabilities into a unified AML suite – seamlessly “connecting customer onboarding, sanction checking via fraud detection, case management and Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) reporting.”

The Fineksus management team will remain in their current roles, and the company will “continue to operate under the Fineksus brand, ensuring consistent leadership, operations, and market presence.”

Ahmet Dincer, CEO of Fineksus, will join the executive board of cleversoft group as a shareholder alongside founder and CEO Florian Clever.

Florian Clever, founder and CEO of cleversoft said:

“We are now focusing on delivering together enhanced services such as financial messaging to our customers through our combined strengths in regulatory technology and AML solutions. We expect the two firms to be fully integrated by the end of 2025. We will be bigger, stronger and continue to build our well known cleversoft compliance promise across all markets.”

Ahmet Vefik Dincer, CEO of Fineksus, added:

“We’re excited to start working together as part of the cleversoft group, bringing our enhanced capabilities to financial institutions and service new customers especially across Western Europe. Our team is thrilled to collaborate on a fully integrated AML suite.”

Mehmet Ali Tombalak, founder of Fineksus and TÜBİSAD President has shared:

“This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our technology and teams. Together, we will accelerate innovation in regulatory compliance solutions.”

Financial terms of the transaction “remain undisclosed.”
