Solda.AI, a Berlin-based AI startup, says it has raised $4 million in a Seed funding round.
Sold.AI states that it is the first company to develop a fully autonomous AI voice sales agent that can close a deal from start to finish.
The funding round was led by Accel, with participation from AltaIR Capital.
Sold.AI said the new money will be used to further develop their AI agents, and to partner with more enterprises worldwide.
Sold.AI points to the fact that call centers are a $29B market. According to them, voice can add a personalized element while building trust with consumers, thus moving sales closures forward. Sold.AI recognizes the challenges of the current call center model and wants to improve it.
Companies using Solda.AI are said to experience a 30% cost efficiency increase compared to call centers. The company can offer voice agents that are multilingual; in US and UK English, Spanish (including Mexican Spanish), Portuguese (including Brazilian Portuguese), French, and German.
Sold.AI claims just a 1% detection rate and the ability to handle 100 simultaneous phone lines at peak hours.
Solda.AI currently provides AI voice sales agents for enterprises in finance and retail, transport and telecoms. They report having generated $7 million in incremental revenue for clients in 2024 and are on track to reach $30 million this year.
Solda.AI was founded in 2023 by Sergey Shalaev, an AI and ML entrepreneur. Shalaev says:
“At Solda.AI, we believe that the future of telesales is AI. Our vision is for voice agent-powered sales that generate revenue and provide real ROI, and we believe that we’re the first and only company to deliver this. We have already seamlessly integrated our agents into 20 partners’ sales channels, and are delighted to announce this seed funding led by Accel to help us collaborate with more businesses and take phone sales into the age of AI.”
