PISCES Approved JP Jenkins Partners with Ledgy

JP Jenkins, recently approved to operate a PISCES platform in the UK, says it has partnered with Ledgy.

Ledgy is an equity and share plan management platform for companies from early stage through publicly listed firms.

The agreement is to offer an end-to-end solution for private firms in need of equity management services.

JP Jenkins is a liquidity venue for unlisted securities that are seeking a solution for holders of their securities.

Andrew Foster, founder of InfinitX, the owner and operator of JP Jenkins, says they are adding Ledgy services to provide better liquidity and equity management, calling it a significant advancement for private firms.

PISCES or Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System is an initiative to better support the private securities market in the UK. As public markets have declined, private markets have boomed. JP Jenkins is the second firm to be approved by UK regulators to operate the private securities marketplace.
